Ejoh Ugochi Vivian who goes by the stagename Damsel HRH (Her Royal Hottest) is a Nigerian born female dancehall artiste who was born in Ikeja Local Government of Lagos State, she grew up in Shomolu-Bariga where she had her primary and secondary education, she then gained admission into Lagos State University, Ojo (LASU) for her university education where she studied mass communication but majored in public relations and advertising.

A Magistrate Court in Yaba on Tuesday granted bail to Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti. The defendant is expected to produce two sureties who own landed properties in Lagos State. Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun also ordered police to complete their investigation within 48 hours. Seun was charged with assault on a police officer, an offence contrary to Section 356 of the Criminal Code Act. The police prosecutor, S. A. Adebese had prayed that the court remand the defendant for 21 days.The counsel said the three weeks would allow the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to prepare legal advice. But the defence counsel, Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), opposed the plea in his argument.

Olumide-Fusika begged the court not to remand his client, adding that he was not aware of an application to that effect. The son of the legendary Fela Kuti was arrested for slapping an officer after his vehicle was stopped on Third Mainland Bridge. At the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Panti, Yaba, Kuti refused to volunteer any statement during questioning.

His lawyer said police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin made himself the Investigating Police Officer (IPO) by “issuing a report of his investigative work” in the media.

Singer Chinwendu Florence Izuchukwu popularly known as Floxy has dropped a hint that she would be releasing a new single.

Floxy, whose last single ‘Blessing’ was in 2020, said she has taken time to reinvent herself as a person, fashionpreneur and artist.

“I have taken time to understand that as a lady you need to be special at something and for me as Chinwendu, I’m your favourite designer for both male and female outfits”

“As your favourite singer Floxy baby, I know you’ve missed that part of me and this is me telling you that something is cooking, your girl will be back soon” she wrote in a message marking her birthday on Tuesday.

Floxy, who was known for her great vocal strength, was a dominant female music figure for about half a decade in Southern Nigeria before taking a break to pursue a career in fashion designing.

Popular comedienne and brand influencer, Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori better know as Kiekie, has opened up on the reason she quit her job as a TV presenter.
She disclosed that she resigned because her former boss declined her request for a salary increase in an unruly manner.

The mother of one said that her boss asked her to use her beauty to get more money instead of requesting for a salary increase.

She disclosed that she had asked her boss to pay her more because her salary was not sufficient for her.

Replying, he asked her not to stress herself since she is on TV and wealthy men would give her money.

The entertainer disclosed this in a recent chat with media personality Chude Jideonwo.

She added that she quit because her boss, by orientation, did not value her hard work.
